The Diagnosis
Quinn is just three years old, but his parents learned he had medulloblastoma in February 2019. This is a type of brain tumor that is found at the back of the head and is the most common of its kind in young children.

Changing His Life
This was just the beginning. Quinn was soon taken in for a stem cell transplant and three rounds of chemotherapy to try and remove the tumor. This means that Quinn’s immune system is almost completely destroyed and he’s had to stay inside for the last few months.
A Surprise Visit
It was just another typical day for Quinn. That was until the Dropkick Murphys learned about his story and knew they had to help. The band soon tracked him down and arrived at his house. If he couldn’t get to their tour, then they would bring the tour to Quinn.

Sharing The Love
The Dropkick Murphys played their private set outside of Quinn’s window, and no one could believe their eyes. Quinn’s parents shared videos of the moment to their social media page while the band sent out their own special message to Quinn and his family as they wished them all the luck “during this difficult time.”
Quinn’s parents have been working hard to raise awareness about medulloblastoma ever since Quinn got his diagnosis. While many of the days have been a battle for the family, a surprise arrival from the Dropkick Murphys, and a private show, was enough to give them all hope.
