Referred to by people as the Self Care Queen, she’s helped so many others thanks to her blend of holistic help and life advice. Although she knows that everyone is different and certain things won’t work for some people, she’s adamant that everyone can benefit from looking after themselves. After all, if you take care of your body, it’s a lot less likely to work against you.
